About Us: Artists in Residence(s) is an artist-run program in New York’s Hudson Valley that pairs real estate listing processes with artistic programming. Founded by Wilkin Lai and Grace Bromley, the project utilizes homes as speculative exhibition spaces to foster community, provide artist resources, and counter AI-driven listing trends. The sources include promotional logos, floor plans, design documentation, and descriptive program overviews.
